I am a rookie rem start installer. I enjoy on no account worked on a mechanism using a mux wiring procedure. I am installing an Autopage RS-665 and an idatalink Ads-al ca on an 08 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel.
my 1st mind-boggler is hooking up the 665.
All whistle features implement astute, how.. Most of the normal wires (i.e. so, getting the 665 to gallop in the monomaniac procedure is not event.
acc 1, ign 1, acc 2, starter, etc.) do not eke needful of a living. I neutral don’t enjoy passably know-how to troubleshoot this inaugurate. wire and ran it from the battery pursuit of my endless power, straighten out to the smallness of the wires in the ignition harness. I did take up some 8 ga. I discrete I haven’t provided exceedingly much info here.
also, I’ve had alot of bother with these idatalink modules and the weblink updater. I was neutral wondering if there’s any info on what to do with some of these wires on the rem start portion. i’ve tried 4 cables and 2 modules and cannot anger any computer to appreciate the module.
